Philosophy

Our goal is to provide all of the children in our care a clean, safe and loving environment, where they can play, learn, and grow. Respect towards self, others and the environment will be emphasized.
We acknowledge that all children are unique individuals with their own needs, interests and strengths. We acknowledge that children’s voices are the most important part of our programs. Children learn best through play and educators will support development by providing experiences that are meaningful to the children and, most importantly, reflect their interests. The most important priority is to have FUN while doing so! They come to us in all shapes and sized and at all stages of development. Learn 'N' Styles Childcare will guide them through these stages and build upon them.
Our philosophy incorporates open communication between staff and parents in a safe and stimulating environment that enriches the children through these important first years. The secret to caring for children is actually CARING for the children.

Childcare is extremely gratifying; every day is not alike, and we get to be a part of a community that helps children learn, grow, and develop to their greatest potential. We choose to work in childcare because we enjoy working with children. Children are truly amazing, and it is a joy to see them grow, play, and achieve their milestones. Yes, the effort is difficult, but the rewards are enormous!

Health & Safety

Learn 'N' Styles aim to make children, parents, and staff aware of health and safety issues and to minimize the hazards and risks to enable children to thrive.
We believe that the health and safety of children and educators is a matter of paramount importance. We developed procedures and safe practices to ensure children’s health and safety is maintained, promoted, and prevent the spread of infections. We are 100% committed to providing a safe, healthy environment where children can learn and develop.
In order to ensure our childcare maintains a high standard of health and safety we developed the following procedures that all staff follow:

Fire evacuation procedure
Toilet and nappy changing procedures
Sickness policy and procedure
Medication policy and procedures
Procedures for the arrival and collection of children
Lost child procedure
